DMCA notice and takedown policy
Cartoon Porn Comics respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the people who use it to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. ยง512).
Reporting infringing material
If you own the copyright in material you believe is available on Cartoon Porn Comics without authorisation, send a written notice to [email protected] including all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The exact URL of each page or file you are asking us to remove, so that we can locate it without guesswork.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
What happens next
We aim to review complete notices promptly. Where a notice is clear and complete we remove or disable access to the material identified. Incomplete notices delay us - most often because a URL is missing - so please list the specific addresses rather than describing where something can be found.
Counter-notification
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your name, address and telephone number.
Repeat infringers
We terminate access for anyone who repeatedly posts infringing material.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice can carry liability for damages. Please make sure your notice is accurate before sending it.
